2. Definitions

“Platform” refers to TelAfrique’s website and mobile application.

“Advertisers” are businesses or individuals who pay to promote their products/services through TelAfrique.

“Earners” are users who share ads on WhatsApp and other social media platforms.

“Users” collectively refers to Advertisers, Earners, and general platform visitors.

3. Account Registration & User Responsibilities

3.1 Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old.

Users must provide accurate personal and payment details.

Multiple accounts per individual are prohibited.

3.2 Responsibilities

Advertisers must ensure that their ads comply with legal and ethical standards.

Earners must not manipulate engagement data (e.g., fake views, altered screenshots).

Users must keep login credentials secure and report suspicious activities.

4. Advertising & Earnings Policy

4.1 For Advertisers

Ads must meet quality and compliance guidelines.

Payments must be made upfront before campaigns go live.

Refunds are only applicable as per the Refund & Dispute Policy.

4.2 For Earners

Payments are based on verified engagement metrics.

Minimum withdrawal threshold must be met before cashing out.

Fraudulent activity will result in earnings forfeiture and account suspension.

5. Payments & Withdrawals

Advertisers pay via approved payment gateways before campaigns launch.

Earners receive payments based on engagement, with withdrawals processed within 48 hours.

TelAfrique reserves the right to withhold earnings in cases of fraudulent activities.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

– Posting illegal, misleading, or harmful ads.

– Manipulating engagement data or inflating views artificially.

– Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.

– Violating intellectual property rights.

7. Termination & Suspension

TelAfrique reserves the right to:

– Suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud or policy violations.

– Modify, restrict, or discontinue platform services with notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

TelAfrique is not liable for:

– Lost revenue due to low ad performance or non-engagement.

– Technical disruptions beyond our control.

– Unauthorized access to user accounts resulting from user negligence.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

User data is collected and processed as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We prioritize the security and confidentiality of user information.

10. Policy Updates

TelAfrique reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
